SHIPPING

All goods can be shipped within Australia. The following charges will be applied:

• Express Post – all other areas and interstate deliveries. – $12.00
• DX – Members only (please state DX number) – $4.00
• Courier (Melbourne Metro/Geelong and Inner City only) – $8.50

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept return of items provided they are in their original packaging and returned to us within 7 days. (Freight charges not included).

Please note: Dial A Stamp will not be liable for replacing rubber text on stamps if an error is found on a stamp after a proof has been approved, or if the spelling or error has been made by the client. We will happily replace the rubber – at the cost of the client.

Due to our extremely fast “turn around,” a cancellation will only be accepted within 2 hours of placing an order.
