For your peace of mind Dial A Stamp is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Our delivery partners pick up from us daily and your Custom Rubber Stamp will be with you in no time at all. All Express post orders will be tracked and we can provide you with this number on request.

DELIVERY POLICY

Dial A Stamp prides itself on shipping each Customised Rubber Stamp as quickly as possible.

To provide the best service possible all our Customised Rubber Stamps are manufactured in Australia, therefore we can make and dispatch each rubber stamp out the same day.

When you place an order before 1pm on a business day we will dispatch it on the same day. Large orders over 20 Rubber Stamps may take a little longer but our friendly staff will advise of this time frame when you place this order.

Based on your requirements we have the following delivery options available-

• Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – Australia Post
• National Courier

Dial A Stamp will not be responsible for the delivery time frames offered should one of our delivery partners not adhere to their own policies. We make every attempt to ensure all our stamps are delivered to you in the time frame offered but once the rubber stamp leaves our factory we trust that arrives in this time frame.

Should your rubber stamp not arrive in the time frame advised we will contact our delivery partner on your behalf and take every avenue to provide a delivery time.
