Q. Can the self-inking stamps be re-inked?

A. Yes! For self-inking stamps, you can either purchase a bottle of ink to top up the existing ink pad or purchase a replacement ink pad for it that comes inked already. Our pre-inked stamps can be topped up with the Eminent ink. We have videos to help you re-ink your ink pad, replace your ink pad and replace the text on the stamp on the page linked here

A. Yes! At Dial A Stamp, we custom make every stamp that leaves our building. If you would like to use your own artwork, you can upload it on the right hand side of the customisaiton page once choosing the stamp you want. If you aren’t sure what stamp to choose you can email a high resolution file (.jgp, .pdf, .ai) through for us to use.

A. When an order is placed by midday, the stamp will be dispatched the same day. We send every order via express post which takes 1-3 business days.

A. The ink in the self inking stamp pad will last for at least a thousand impressions. Once the ink starts to run out you can either replace the existing ink pad or refill it with water based ink. Both of which are available from Dial A Stamp.

A. Both contain a “built in” ink pad, however they contain different inks, are re-inked in a different way and are also available in different sizes.
